Matt Gutierrez is a highly competent leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. As the Senior Managing Director of Asia Pacific for the Global Accounts Management and International Team, he leads the Sales, Marketing and Operations functions for the region, particularly focused on defining the continuous development strategies and driving profitable revenue growth.
Prior to joining CenturyLink, Matt has spent more than 17 years in Level 3 Communications, serving as interim Regional President of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Senior Vice President and Finance Director of EMEA, Senior Vice President of Operations in North America, Senior Vice President of Business Finance and Strategic Planning in North America and Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations in EMEA.
Ricky is the Vice President of the Enterprise Group at CenturyLink Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong. In his role, he is responsible for the enterprise go-to-market strategy and customer experience in Asia Pacific. Ricky is also overseeing sales, sales engineering and client support to drive profitable revenue growth in the region.
With over 20 years in the industry, Ricky has extensive knowledge in the enterprise and service provider markets in the region. Ricky has most recently served as Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales for Level 3 Communications. Prior to joining Level 3, Ricky was Vice President of carrier services and General Manager of Global Crossing in Asia Pacific. Over the course of his professional career, he has been instrumental in driving growth and cultivating extensive business acumen throughout the region.
As the Senior Director of Wholesale Sales, Vish is primarily responsible for the creation and execution of CenturyLink’s go to market strategy targeted toward Asia Pacific headquartered wholesale clients, and delivering profitable revenue growth leveraging CenturyLink’s broad portfolio of products, services and network assets in North America, LATAM and EMEA.
With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Vish has a long and distinguished career as a business leader, and is widely recognized in the Wholesale segment of the industry. Vish has previously held regional leadership positions at MCI International/Verizon Business and Motorola Inc.
A strong leader with various cross-functional skills, Francis currently leads the Product Management organisation covering CenturyLink's comprehensive suite of solutions including Network, Hybrid Cloud & IT, Security, Unified Communications, and IT & Managed Services. He is also responsible for the Advanced Services, Solutions Consulting and Solutions Marketing functions in the Asia Pacific region. With a thorough understanding of market trends, Francis continuously develops the product strategy to meet customers' digital business needs throughout their entire lifecycle management.
Over the last 12 years, Francis has held several senior management roles within CenturyLink, including leading IT & Managed Hosting, Regional Operations, Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions Engineering. He championed several transformation initiatives and forged strategic relationships that successfully integrated and grew the business to achieve key milestones.
With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Francis has worked with organisations specialising in Data Centres, Managed Services and IT Outsourcing. His in-depth experience in these sectors extends across functions including, but not limited to, business development, IT consulting and complex deal structuring.
Susie leads the Finance organisation for Asia Pacific and is a qualified Finance Professional with a total of over 20+ years combined experience in Public Accounting, IT Hardware and Software industries and Regional functions.
Experienced in providing sound business support to management team through the execution of well-orchestrated business processes and their disciplines with extensive exposure to specific operational requirements of sales, marketing and distribution activities in highly computerized environments. Prior to joining CenturyLink, Susie held senior positions in Microsoft and Compaq Computers both in subsidiary and regional capacities.
As the Director of Marketing at CenturyLink, Stacy is responsible for CenturyLink's marketing strategy in Asia Pacific. This includes brand development and awareness in region, public relations and influencer management, demand creation, customer marketing strategy, partner marketing and marketing operations.
Stacy is a dynamic business builder with twenty years of experience with multi-national corporations in the IT and telecommunications industries. She has fourteen years of regional marketing experience, and has held various product marketing, solution marketing and field marketing positions at ICONZ-Webvisions, ECI Telecom, Nortel Networks, Transense Communications and 3Com. Prior to her career in marketing, Stacy spent five years as a Senior Software Consultant with Novell.
Carolynn Ang is a highly accomplished and dynamic Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience in Asia Pacific as well as Middle East & Africa. As the Director of Human Resources at CenturyLink Asia Pacific, she is responsible for people and culture including talent, skills, leadership and employee experience. Carolynn has broad expertise across all areas of Human Resources including talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Prior to CenturyLink, she has worked in technology companies such as Intralinks, ECI Telecom, Brightstar Corporation and Convergys.
As the Director of Business Operations, Tony is responsible for managing CenturyLink's sales operations, business development and strategy, offer management and business reporting for Asia Pacific. Tony has over 13 years of experience in driving growth and expansions for the region, most notably for the telecommunications industry. Tony possesses extensive knowledge about business planning, partnerships and financial modeling.
Prior to joining CenturyLink, Tony spent several years in business development and sales operations role for Level 3 Communications and Pacnet. He began his career as a Research Analyst with Frost & Sullivan specialising in Information and Communications Technology, based in Australia.
Robert is the Senior Director of Access Management, Network Planning and Implementation responsible for all off-net third-party relationships, costs and on-net network assets in the Asia Pacific region. This includes all quoting for customer and network needs, planning, optimisation, costs reduction, expansion of the Asia Pacific network, vendor management, third-party collocation, budget management and the planning/management/implementation of all IP and Transport network equipment in the region. A telecommunications industry veteran of 23 years, Robert has also held regional leadership roles for the Access Management function in North America, the Middle East and Latin America.
Prior to CenturyLink, Robert has worked at Teleport Communications, AT&T, Con Edison Communications and Global Crossing Telecommunications. Robert has a diverse background in various aspects of the business such as finance, operations, service management, business development, access management and network planning/implementation.
