Plus, Cyxtera technicians are often able to perform necessary tasks faster than the time it would normally take to travel to a facility, saving you time while improving uptime.

Gold Support saves you time and resources by troubleshooting minor technical issues and serving as an on-site resource during installation-all at your direction. Supported functions include:

  • Server Re-Boots, Racks-and-Stacks and Equipment Builds
  • Operating System (O/S) Loads
  • General Network and System Trouble-Shooting
  • Telco coordination

Monthly Recurring Gold Support

Purchase according to your monthly requirements (ten, five and one hour per month increments), and once your commitment is utilised each month, you can receive additional Ad-hoc Gold Support - ideal for organisations with routine monthly maintenance activities. Gold Support activities divide your available hours in 15-minute increments. Unused hours do not roll over at the end of the month.

Prepaid Gold Support

Purchase according to your requirements (ten, five and one-hour increments), and once your commitment is utilised, you may buy another block of hours or receive additional Ad-hoc Gold Support. Gold Support activities decrement your available hours in 15-minute increments. Hours never expire - ideal for organisations with periodic support needs that vary month to month.

Ad-Hoc Gold Support

This support can be requested on an "as needed" basis, billed hourly in 15-minute increments, and is often used by clients who do not know their remote hands needs. Once a baseline is established, clients are able to select the monthly plan that best fits their needs, receiving the same support at a lower, effective hourly rate.
